Phone Unlocking Nokia 6230 (entering unlock code)

Hello,

I am trying to unlock my g/fs 6230, it is locked to Vodafone,

I got the IMIE by doing *#06#

I enter IMIE into DCT4 v1.4

MCC+MNC I set to 23415

and type 2 lock,

I click 'calculate' and the series of 7 codes comes up.

I take the sim out of the phone and enter the full last code (7) #pw+225...73+7#

Then the phone just sits there with the code on the screen, no message or nothing,

Do i have to press another key to submit the code?

nm, says "cannot undo restriction" code entered too many times previously i think.

someone correct me if im wrong but im sure when i tried to unlock a nokia i had and it came up with "cannot undo restriction" i had to get it done by cable...pretty sure you only get 5 attempts at entering correct unlock codes...

probably work out cheaper taking to local unlocking shop m8 unless ur planning on doing more than one...

tried to unlock 6230 but after 5 attempts no joy. got data cable but don't know how to do it with the cable. Any help???
