No Movie Channels Dreambox 500s

Just got a dreambox 500s and have put my card in and all the channels are ok except the sky movies channels which just appear as a black screen
Any idea on what i have to do?

have you entered the boxkey in mate!

No i havnt - didnt see that in the guide i had!
Right i'll have a look into finding out how to do that

I've got my box key - just struggling to find the file to add it to!

Am i looking for newcs.xml in var>tuxbox>config because i cant find it?
