Hi all,

This is my first post so here goes.

I fix phones as a hobby but this one has me stumped. I believe there is a inherent problem with the Google Nexus One power button on top of the phone. HTC will not repair the phone under warranty as before it came to me they said it had been tampered with Which it had). I have this phone with the same problem, but what is stumping me is that on the main motherboard where the switch is attatched there just seems to be for solder points and a middle solder circle. If I can a picture attached of what i believe to be a similar to the one I enquire about. the board I have appears to be like this but without the black button. My question is:

Where could I find spare parts for these phones and are all nexus ones the same IE, (are there buttons on all motherboards?) I will try to load the picture of a proper board found elsewhere on the net.

Thanks all in anticipation of your help.
