Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help with this question,

I want to take a new 12-month skyHD contract because offers on net for box+install for £100, I will take a cheap package + I think I need to take the HD option for another £10/month..............does anyone know what the downgrade policy is for a new customer,

you have to have your chosen package for a minimum of one month m8, this includes if you change your package at any point within the 13 month contract period (its not 12 as you have to have it for 12 plus 1 month cancellation notice = 13)
