no write up for 117p yet, but, 116p has been pulled, so something extra has also been added / fixed

Sorry to be a pain, but I don't see this new patch in download center( it's still showing 116p) which is where I tend to access new patches.
Does anyone know yet what 117p updates are compared to 116p?
I don't want to keep installing patches if not necessary, I have a motorized dish and it takes quite a long time to reinstall settings/scan satellites etc...

Hi linslademan,

If you save a .CNDF file from your TM 5402 HD (to a USB flash drive) before you apply a new patch... then re-install the .CNDF file after the patch has been applied... you should not need to reinstall settings/scan satellites... as all of this information should be stored within the .CNDF file...

Sorry... yes you will need to re-set 'System Settings' after applying a new patch/new original software... but it only takes about 30 seconds to do that... lol

i found patch 117 at technomate software online last night, up to now i have found it clears a bit of stuff on 39e, huxxler on 19e with latest keys, it did not seem to do much for cndl on 19e, has anyone else found anymore? bye for now teknokat.

on patch 117p no 19.2e digitaal :err: , i cant beleave this box has been 1 year old and never been fixed about time they get up from there bum and do somthing or get a new patch macker i have asked so many time about this problem but no one replays about it form TM or Phant0m the keys never worked all together, people get so much mixed up what patch there going to use, and an other thing as well it is really anoying when the new patch comes out there is no info with it

To be honest, I have lost all hope about the patching stuff getting synced. Serious ! Tm5402hd is a good box and has a good client when patched. good support for different smartcards etc ... But Maybe we should all admit that the patching experimental opening channels era is kinda getting 'old' ?

I agree with wolftje. I am overall pretty happy with TM 5402 compared to spiderbox, I just wish that they would inform you what the changes/updates are when patches are brought out so that indivuduals can decide whether to patch or not!

On my 6800 original, with latest softcam from another site applied on Saturday ('cos I couldnt clear 39E for footie - comment not complaint!), I can also see a range of channels like you
