New pc help

after many years of loyal service my pc is finally on its last legs, loking for a replacement,

only use it for internet and photo's really. there's so many to choose from,need a little
help in deciding.

If you are going to buy something without an operating system, you are better off buying THIS from a company that can give you 12month warranty. Plus you know they are going to be there if you make a call to them

But yes, that one has a good spec for the price.

You can build the same spec yourself for about £20 cheaper.

When you say photos do you mean editing in the likes of photoshop? If so I'd spend a bit more on RAM, a quad core CPU and at least a 1TB HDD...
