Looking at the following

Case: Fractal Design Define R3 Black Pearl Case - USB3.0
MB: Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z/GEN3 Socket 1155 Intel Z68 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Already got so will use again...

Case is personal choice tbh, and everyones is different, although it does look sleek.

Board/CPU - No issue with the i5, I have the same one, but really top end motherboard and then medium range CPU?

my only other comment would be that for marginally more than the £40 it costs for the CPU cooler you can get the Corsair H60 or H80. or if you did want to stay with air cooling rather than closed loop, then the Noctua.

Graphics card is again preference, but i switched back to Nvidia, simply because ATI are running away with the size of their boards/heatsinks/coolers. HIS Radeon 6970 ICEQ Turbo review

How much is that little lot going to set you back then ?
 
Looks good. Agree with Exos though, if you can stretch to extra £70-100 for the i7 2600K or newer i7 2700K do so - your video encoding software will thank you for it ;)
