i have just moved house a new house it has cable installed but when i plug the stb in it doesnt find any channels do they usually disconnect as well as taking back the box
sometimes m8 have you checked the engineer menu on page 12 to see the signal level if it is red (low) needs sorting out if it green (ok) there is a diffrent prob m8
