Got connected to sky yesterday i no its early when do i expect my speeds to increase its at

Ultimately, the speed you get is a function of how far from your local exchange you are and what level the exchange is at (i.e. ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+ etc)

You may have to power cycle the router a few times to get maximum speeds...try daily for a week check for improvement.
 
M connection was 6mg on adslmax with another isp

Sky have data management or something like that from what I remember when I joined. It took about 7-10 days, couldve been quicker If they told me from the start not to turn off router

I was told to leave it all on for 48 hours as they'll be testing the line in that time for the best stable speed, mine was just under a meg for two days then went up to 3meg, still shite I know but that's because adsl is dreadful in my town
