Netflix aspect ratio on Cyclone nano

Having a little issue with the Netflix app.....

Everything I stream through Netflix on the Cyclone Nano slim+ is in 4.3 (clicking expand screen has no effect), yet on my Motorolla Xoom it's 16.9, so clearly it's a comparability issue between the App and the Nano, but for the life of me I can't find a setting to adjust it.

Anyone have an idea?

Is this happening irrespective of the o.a.r. of what you're watching?

Yea it's 4.3 no matter what the media, oddly if I pause the video playback and click the expand icon it will display 16.9 until I resume playback,
I've tried altering playback quality from the settings on my netflix account but it still has no effect on aspect ratio.
