hi mate - ive sorted out my maps with the help of Focus (top man) there was no meta. file included in the download hence why i couldnt find it, all sorted now though mate thanks for your help -
the method i followed
- Copy and paste contents of old sd card to the new blank sd card
- Create a new folder on the new sd card ( ie map name of map top be added)
- Copy and paste the new map (downloaded map file) into the new map named folder on the new sd card
- Run the tom tom select manage maps, switch maps,
- Get device cope to activate map
- Use keygen to get code for map

Surprised there wasn't a .meta file in there - there is in the rapidshare files. Anyway, glad you got it sorted.

There is a program called download manager or somethin like that and lets you download multiple rapidshare files at once.
