need help with duo

where and how can i set this up for my motorized system it was supposed to be all done for me when i bought this but it aint.
when i go into tuner i think i have advanced set up prop,but was told to go into simple and set it from there...but am confused.
i have the s*y uk bouquets but it seems to be playing up have lost the epg beside the channel how do i get it all back again.

Best to tackle one hurdle at a time start with the Motorised setup when installed was it installed via a Diseqc 1.2 setup which would explain the advanced setting, the simple setting is normally associated with fixed dish and motorised USALS settings
