Navman F45 Stuck on USB Mode

Hi,

I have a Navman F45, once i connected it to my technomate 800 hd satellite box just to charge it up, ever since then it has been stuck on usb mode, when i turn it on or anything it just shows usb connection to pc, when i connect it to pc inside i only see 2 files device.sig and device.xml. I thought that was a bit weird too, surely their should be more files right, or are they just hidden?

any help really appreciated!

Has anyone else got a Navman F45, that can possibly send me the root of their files, mine is virtually blank, and i think thats the reason why its not working!! Just plug your F45 to PC, copy all the files and send them to me in a Zip or Rar file or something, will really help me.
