Seeing as they are into playing games, i would remove the taxi plate from the back of the car as its an offence to operate without it.
Anonamous phone call to council later on and Taxi licence suspended, job done.
WE had a similar problem with Jo public repeatedly parking in front of our work skip on private property (so the skip lorry could not empty it, but we still get charged call out).
So one day some scum bag let 4 tyres down with valve remover and keyed the car all down one side.
Funnily enough our CCTV was on the blink that day.
Nobody parks there now as word must have got about.
Terrible what can happen on private property,lol
