The Nasi Goreng is a typical Asian (China) preparation. is a rich dish made with enriched rice by the tender flesh of the chicken and the shrimp. Like many other preparations, even the Nasi Goreng can be cooked enriching it with vegetables or other types of tastiest meats such as beef strips meat.

Serve 4

Ingredients:

shrimp 250/300 gr
5 tablespoons peanut Oil
2 garlic cloves
1 large onion
1 teaspoon of Curry powder
Chicken breast 250 gr
sweet paprika 1 tablespoon
1 red chilli without seeds
Olive Oil 1 spoon
150 ml tomato sauce( Italian is the best)
Basmati rice 250 gr
Soya Sauce 2 spoon
2 medium eggs

Method

Bring to a boil water and drop in the rice, Cook for 10 minutes; drain and cool under cold running water. Keep it aside. Put in Blender garlic and onion and chop finely, cut the top of chilli, eliminated the pips and cut then in strips also crushed garlic .
Heat oil in the wok ( or a large pan)and add the chopped peanuts along with chillies . Fry a few minutes on high fire; Meanwhile cut the chicken into strips from which you will obtain small cubes.
Add the chicken in the wok and brown it well; after a few minutes add the shrimp, continue cooking for another two or three minutes to vivacious fire and after a couple of minutes and add spice
and immediately after the tomato sauce , stir with a wooden spoon and bring to near to boiled , add soya sauce . Rinse well rice and add in the wok to the rest of the preparation, salt at least two three minutes so as to make it crispy, make the omelette: heat in a pan a spoon of oil and beat the eggs slightly with a pinch of salt and pour the mixture into the Pan.
Cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes and then helping you or with the lid or with a spatula, turn the omelette and cook for another two minutes. transferred it to a chopping board and wrap it still hot on itself, now cut into strips .Add the omelette and the rest of ingredients , serve in a plate.
