Guys,

Had my trusted box now for 2 years and turned it on yesterday and is just shows "6000"

It is not responsive to remote control or buttons on front?

Any ideas please...:Bounce:

6000 is shown part way through the boot.

Try disconnecting all the cables: Sat cable, Ethernet and the HDMI & Scart. Power Off then On to see if it boots past the 6000.

sounds like a reflash with correct f/w is in order there m8

Thanks guys....

I did flash with the correct tool and previous firmware (that was on box, at time of original error)...but without look.*-(

I now have a box that does NOT even power up now - the screen is blank...

I keep trying to flash again but "stb memory issue" always there...

Tried unplugging everything and trying again but with no luck *-(

Any ideas all?

thanks

when you flash, you have to tick "include bootloader" or you get the symptoms you have now.
Clone safe firmware initially boots with 6000 so I assume that is what you had on it originally.

Thanks all!!

I am confused though Slugs...

Clone safe... i thought my box was genuine - :Biggrin2:

I have no illumination now at the front of the box - the ethernet lights dont even light?

I connect r232 and DO ensure bootloader is ticked?

I had an image backed up from the box, so i am trying to use this abs file...

I have tried different time sequencies - but still no luck:puke:

I am using right flash tool version 2.0.0 C i think it was...

Anything else i can try?

Incidently, when the box was working it always showed the "6000" on its boot cycle

somebody once said all s11 were clones.
you start the loader and hit next, then casually turn on the receiver.
The loader gives you minutes to turn it on.
I've only seen clone safe firmware say 6000 on boot, the anonymousx firmware.
