My guide to setup amiko alien 8900

- U need 1 FAT32 formated USB
- create one folder named /enigma2
- Power OFF the receiver from the back switch
- plug in the USB
- press the OK button on the front panel and power ON the receiver
- hold the OK button till on the display you will see the following message:
FORC ( forced boot )
- press "down" ( V ) button and on the display, you will see "ENIG" message now press OK
- power OFF the receiver, press "OK"and power ON again
- after the FORC message appear press "right" ( > ) and wait till the upgrade is complete

i have attached links the image i used and satellite.xml file which you ftp into etc/tuxtbox and then reboot box you need this as wasnt letting me pick 28.2e in tuner configuration. i have also attached rats bouquet plugin just extract file and ftp the usr folder across then reboot box then go to plugins and run and you will have rats excellent buquet list. Go to plugins push green to download more then download either mgcamd 1.33 worked best for me over 1.35, or oscam works great too. Setup your line in newcamd.list for mgcamd or oscam.server for oscam. Setup crossepg and your good to go, Anymore help needed just ask
