I think its just the programers having a laugh mate in black ops they started doing them due to a bug Floating Apple if im right when this video was made it got a lot of hits then when the map packs came out they did this on Hangar 18 im not sure if there was any more.
That teddy was in the zombie maps on top of weapon crates i think mate, ill be having a look at that tomorrow though or today as the case may be.

Looks like theres a shed load of them teddys in knocking about in mw3 m8 Link

For all that didn't know, in each of the maps in all of the call of duty's this Teddy bear is special to one of the games creators. It is special because his daughter died with this same Teddy Bear in her arms. So he places it in every game he helps in to remember his daughter. Thumbs up so others can see. ​
