Multi Sat LNB Setup Help Please?

The TM Twin does not have blind scan. Have you tried with a premade list or newer satellites.xml? Alternatively try with AutoBouquetsMaker or AutoBouquets 28.2.

There are several variables. You have to keep some constants otherwise pinpointing the issue will be very difficult.

Hi riscatto,

TM Twin ~ Polarity problem

Are you sure that you've got the 22KHz switch set to AUTO/ON for your selected satellites positions in the Satellite Setup menu...?

Best Wishes,
Zorch

You can pick the range. Here is one for between 45e and 45w.

Could someone confirm where I FTP the sat.xml file
looked in etc/emigma
found file in etc/tuxbox hope that is correct TM Twin

THANKS

Thanks, Ferret I did take a chance as that was only file I could find to replace.
What about the 22khz switch where do I check that?
thanks

Thanks Ferret, Have shortened cable run by a few metres, Installed new Sat file Thanks to ABu
Checked 22khz all okay
scanned sats again, have now found some Vertical channels
Did manual scan for BBC South found Channel which may be BBC South but only shows as 10817V SID 0x2874
but is BBC 1 also found TCM
Thanks to everyone

Think I am all okay now, although some Sats are not showing really strong signal getting Channels okay.
Firstly as before removed excess cable seemed to help
Added new Sat.xml file, seemed to help found some more channels
Replaced LNB's and re-tuned as best I could
Think I am finding all Channels found BBC South (the little blighter that caused all the trouble)
thanks for everyone's input, couldn't pinpoint exact cause
So at the end of the day it is ask for help and try all suggestions
Thanks for all input
Regards
