mp3s attacking me!!

Looking through all the new posts and have had the following alert

The firewall has blocked Internet access to 205.215.62.39 (ICMP Echo Request ('Ping')) from your computer

At the same time a file starts to download itself from

This is the only site ive connected to tonight so is digiworld sending us free mp3s or what??
