What is the conditional prison sentence?
I've read the story but it doesn't go into any detail. A 30 day conditional prison sentence must be different to just a 30 day prison sentence.

Does it perhaps mean he only goes to prison if he fails to pay the $380 damages? Probably but doesn't sound as good for the medias headline. I thought losing his computers was a bit harsh though.
