Missing Channels?

I live in pure NTL Leicester and have noticed that a few channels have gone missing, star plus and star news do not come anymore, checked signal on my Dbox and the bitrate is zero, is anyone having the same problems?,

Yes can confirm Star News & Star Plus (802 + 803) down in Leiceser area since yesterday morning.

Anybody else? Any explanations?
