Hi all. I've got the s11 which was upgraded so to speak before I got it. It's all working fine. But I want to update the fav listings and so on. But in tools I've got 4 lines in white. Which is fine. But the next 4 are lightbue. Which I'm unable to access. So I cant dump or update by USB. How do I correct this. I'm sure the person I bought it of has altered this. Any help would be great. I just want to back my cline up first. Before I mess it up. Thanks.

have you put a usb pen in the socket update by usb and dump to usb will only show up when it is available
