OK heres the deal. I work for a biggish satellite tv company, who if you ask anyone who works for them are not exactly the best employers on the planet. For example they wont allow their engineers who are the face of the company to talk to eack other. So, i went out and built a website, started a forum etc, where everyone could bitch about work. Good idea at the time, all the boys think its great. The company doesnt. Its started costing people their jobs as they think these people are me and are firing them, my firewall is screaming for overtime rates and my email has given up and died due to loads of hidden attachments from a computer in osterley (cheers). I dont want to close the site as its the ONLY place the engineers of this company can talk together so does anyone have any ideas?
