Mediterranean tuna rolls because their flavor is given everything from excellent ingredients.
Serve 4
Ingredients
4 slices of tuna steak
20 g black olives
1 tablespoon capers
4 tablespoons of Pate turnip
1\/2 glass of white wine
olive oil
Method
Stone the olives , desalinize the capers and beat the tuna slices gently for thinning them in as much as possible.
Spread on each slice of the layer of tuna, Pate turnip tops, capers and olive.
Roll each tuna roll and lock it with toothpicks
heat a little olive oil in a nonstick skillet and place the tuna rolls.
When are Half-cooked, turning rolls and deglaze with white wine.
Serve Mediterranean tuna rolls with a side of fresh green salad.
