Media Link box flashing software

i'm looking to get a hold of the software used to flash the media link black panther box? been googling all morning and cant seem to find it?

flash via usb and has it got 1 card slot or 2
as there is slight diff models and both dont use the same firmware

sorry ment 2 ci or 1

not cards

think this is what you after
once you flash it go to networks and then hit blue button (status)
add pin 0000 and enter details job done

or can also be done with ip on port 8080

user is admin pass is 0000

when i plug it in its showing nothing on screen and saying error:NIM on the lcd?

cant help you then as everyone i have used all came out of box with working image on it
is this new box?

try this mate pulled of a german forum so from what i could make out this is whats needed

thats looking to connect to a com port not a usb?

yes as to do a flash recovery you will most likely need to use the rs232 com port

but there is no com port on the black panther mate

sorry never got back to you could not find the german site with sw you need to get into menu to flash via usb and as you say not comport so its a bin job ,i did have a similar one a year ago and asked for help on the german site but nothing and had to be returned to supplier ,maybe see you sunday ?
