Mail Merge

Im merging members addresses from M.Access into Publisher.

if u go to step 3 part 5

im up to that part and wot im trying to do is not show sum of the columns like the phone number, member ID etc

say on that one i dint want the address to show, how can i get rid of em?

Easiest way m8.

Make a Query within access and only add the fields u want. Leave out phone number etc.
Call it something easy like mailmerge

Then when u importing into mail merge select the database and then select the mailmerge table.
