lost stv and ch4???

hey folks my da's box has lost stv and channel 4, comes up loading epg>no epg>channel unavailable.
has anyone came across this? and have a remedy? i tried power on off but no joy. re scan?

Hi,

Go into the bouquet editor on the box then the bouquet where stv and ch4 are then press green to add channels. There should be duplicates of stv and ch4 in the list of services. Try dropping these into your bouquet then check to see if any of them clear.

If still no joy perform a fast scan. You may need to set your location and reboot first.
