Lost bouquets

hi all, I've recently bought a TM800HD all set up readty to go on s*y uk. All the bouquets were there and with a little tinkering i got it sorted to my region(N/W). However, on the EPG the programes wern't visible on most channels. So i went on to the plugin menu to try a different plugin, not fully knowing what was going to happen but how else will i learn . Anyway the outcome is Ive lost my channel list and bouquets and dont know what was origionally on it.

I do have all my channels still there just in the All(red button) column.
