lost all hd channels

could there be a reason for this or have they been deleted
cannot even get freeview hd
it doesn't really matter as receiving all sd but would be nice to see hd

Only fta hd and pay sky news bt sports hd remain.
You will need official sky box and sub to clear the hd pay channels.
This started happenening months ago.
