because they take a break in usa so we do the same as not to catch them up I would imagine

but they never did this when it was on channel 4

but channel 4 are very left behind compared to the US

sky one is quicker than channel 4

i think you are right as you can buy three or four ones before they get to sky from ebay.

we are behind america but they also take some time off from filming, what i mean is they dont film a full seies in 1 go they have breaks for a few weeks.
which means they cant show it all at once because american tv would catch up with filming.
