lite-on flash advice

have only ever flashed benq's very easy

have been given a lite-on by a friend to flash, have read latest j/f tut on lite-ons and it all looks a bit daunting.
the box has latest dash/b update it has been flashed previously but don't know what with

have no tools, will be using 360 to power the drive

any advice would be much appreciated

cheers for that but don't have ck3pro or x360usb pro or probe 3 tools

is there a way of flashing without these tools ?
