Liquid tyre repair

I have a flat tyre and my car only has the liquid repair can. Does this ruin the tyre, can the tyre be be fixed after using it?

Ive often thought about this question as the mrs Zafira has the same. As theres spare wheel.

I know years ago tyre companys hated it when you used foam repairs.

If you have room in your car for a space saver wheel then I personally would invest in one. Once you have used the spray you will get at least 500 miles out of the tyre and that is it. Most garages would not attempt to repair a tyre that is filled with foam. Hope this info helps guys.

If its sidewall damage then the tyre is toast. A nail or debris damage is easily repaired at a good garage and will last till the end of the tyre. ~£10.
If its not damaged save the liquid/foam for an emergency and get a foot pump.
