linksis router set up help required for cs

need to set up my linksis router for cs anyone on here currently using one who can talk me through setting up port forwarding etc thanks in advance

go to portforwarding dot c o m and look for your router all the info is there

Enable DMZ in the Applications and Gaming section.

Put in the ip of the dreambox. That opens all ports to that ip, good if you're having problems.

If you know the port that the CS is connecting on, just forward that port.

Card sharing default in cccam is 12000.

But if you are the client your c line will look like this:

C: (ip addy) (port) (user) (pass)
ie
C: 123.123.23 12000 myuser mypass

just forward port 12000 to the dreambox.

You really dont want to dmz your entire router for one port.


for newcamd it would look like this:
CWS = linux.domain.com 10000 dummy2 dummy2 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 lan cardserv
then you would forward port 10000 only

thanks guys got it running now, albeit for a short period seem to have lost my connection to my provider, need to set up my own so may need some pointers to do it
