Just received mine and I am going to write an official complaint to LG.

Their packaging is hurrendous. Its that sealed plastic type and its so thick too. My hands are now bleeding and I got hit in the eye after trying to cut it open and it nearly broke my scissors too.

I hope this thing works coz theres NO WAY its going back in its original packaging if not !
