Got mine back today from CPWH with V10c on and must say the difference is hell of a lot better, lot smoother in operation and quicker to use.
fair play to CPWH & LG only went in Thursday back monday and was told 10 -14 days.

Nice one, dont go bricking it again though lol.

I bricked my Navigo trying to personalise the built in menus. it was v1 win ce 4.2 so had problems recovering. Luckily for me eBuyer replaced it. Got v5 and personalised no problems

I personally like the phone

my youngest has the touch screen with the slide out keyboard from lg, and loves it. mind you she is 16. its got a better camera than my f490 which is many more pixels.
