Quick one Sandman, you say if i took the i would get fat because of the diet i am on why is this? ( my friend eats alot more crap than me ie kebabs, crisps, chocolate and he works out as much as me and takes the steriods and his physique is far from fat)

he will have a lot more fat than you think, but everyone is different, some react well some dont react at all to oral steroids, its genetics. you may be ok he may be ok but its only a few that get away with it without a lot of fat.
his gains are generally deemed as bad gains because of the junk he eats, you really need a clean diet although it is hard to do and even the pro's eat burgerkings ect to bump the calories up.
its all about calories, if his calories are up there he will gain but he will be gaining fat aswell, he may not look fat but thats the way they work, you see the bumps in the right places,
to bulid muscle its protein and calories, and plenty of them, he may be one of the lucky ones but its far and few between and i bet once he stops and does pct (hopefully he will after your words of wisdom) he will lose a lot of his gains as the test levels drop, but the fat level wont drop.
clean calories and clean diet will produce better results, you'd still lose gains but because the body fat isnt as high you look better for it.
as said everyone reacts differently, some get away with it some dont, nobodies the same.
but rule of thumb to make sure your not left with loads of fat is not to get all your calories from junk. although some cheating is allowed if its to bump them up.
your diet seemed to read like it wasnt very good for bulking, thats why i said you might* end up with gains you dont want, but to gain anyway you would need to eat like a horse.
1.5 x (times) your bodyweight in protein for starter min is the recommended level, the more the better.
add to that an average man is recommended to eat 2500 calories a day, to bulk make that 4000+ calories.
there lots of ins and outs and its not just what you eat it when you eat it,
bet if i said to you an apple in the evening is bad you say yeah right come on its fruit, well truth is its got too much sugar in it to eat late on, same with cereal you'd think weetabix late on bad no way, again it is, they have the wrong type of carbs for eating on a night, yet both the above are fine to eat through the day.
theres low gi carbs high gi carbs good fat bad fat ect ect.... good times to eat certain foods bad times ect ect again...thats why its recommended you do lots of homework before you start popping the pills, as in the end it could be a waste of money and time with little or no gains if done wrong.
its a bit like rocket science to do it right, but if you want results and no fat there are guidelines which have been used by the bodybuilders for years.
im babbling now and off the top of my head im just going through things i can remember without having to do some revision lol.
if your going to do it, homework and do it right, theres no point if you dont tbh, just look at your mate, no cycle just popping away pills, bet he doesnt even know what pct is let alone have a plan or know what drug to use for pct, heaven forbid if he gets man tits as he wont have a clue what to use to rescue it and if it takes hold its surgery to remove them puppies and thats pretty stupid no totally stupid, dont be fooled into doing it because he's gaining because he might be but he will lose a lot and without pct he's heading towards his own tadpole factory shutting down for good.
do it properly if your going to do it.
theres a saying,
theres steriod abuse and theres steriod use. 2 totally different things.
if you want to do it make sure your the latter and not like your mate .
