KV box keeps switching off??

Hey guys, any ideas? The little gremlin keeps switching/freezing and displaying a number on the front.......nothing works except power on and off.........for a few minutes until it happens again??

Anyone had this at all......6 times in 40 minutes this morning?!

take the lid off and see if you have and duff Caps ?

ha ha good one ,being DUFF is a football player,sounds like box is overheating but not seen too many posts re cap issue,no harm in checking while unplugged and also recheck ribbon cables are secure.
might also do no harm in reflashing it and updating firmware.and a factory reset rescan.

Hi, cheers for that. If I did open the covers i Wouldn't know what to be looking out for . I did rescan and updated (twice for some reason) and it all sorted itself out!

Today all channels except FTA are scrambled, even aft default and rescan!

Will try it again it again I guess!! :handball:

all the channels are off at the moment so sit back and wait till its back up and running again
