on other forum its 100%working (they say)
but cant get hold of it.

cheers

got the extrview keygen but the viewers pincode it generates does not work have tried it loads of times ? . I have a nokia box do i need to leave the card out or something any advice please its driving me nuts . ps a guide on how to do it would be helpfull thanks ps or do you put only part of the viewers id number into the keygen or something

Xtraview channel 36 freeview boxes

This a way to get the channel and it works most of the time

take your code the channel generates when you press the red button
ie-
1661309 first two numbers are day related last number is checksum
the code we are looking at is 3rd to 6th digits ie: 6130 16 6130 9

we then move the 6th figure in front of the 3rd figure 0613

then use the table below to get your pin in this case 8109 or you may need to change the 0,6 & 1 figures as shown in the table.

0 = 8 or 0
1 = 0 or 1
2 = 5
3 = 9
4 = 6
5 = 7
6 = 1 or 0
7 = 4
8 = 3
9 = 2

and this one

table

0=8
1=4
2=7
3=1
4=9
5=2
6=6
7=3
8=5
9=0

take your number 20 7407 9

convert the id number 7407 = 3983 using the table then rearrange your pin in this order 2,4,1,3

Giving pin 9338

oops i just see the other thread with the file, so go here- http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43890&goto=newpost
sorry DavidH, i not been around today. :)

Thats a mishmash of stuff that only worked for 1 day ,back in febuary .
That info will not work

ok it seems that the hash table changes everyday, so this software is not currently any use on its own. Dont bother trying guys because todays hash table for conversion isn't known.
Not sure about 1 day back in february but many people apparently had xtraview yesterday, but i like that word 'mishmash' anyway. :) I'm gonna go and mismash my woman now.

Could you guide me on how to use this keygen please? What do you put into 'hash Table' and 'Lookup'?

Thanks

FROM ANOTHER SITE :

' This is what we look at in the viewer

INTEGER = 24
INTEGER = 4312

INTEGER = 25
INTEGER = 325479610

INTEGER = 26
INTEGER = 4231

Use 24 (pin order) and 26 (look up) like this to give the order

4312
1234
4231
1234

3124

THIS WAS ALSO ON IT :

'Ok the first thing to do is get the log from a pc digital tv card for today then from that you can use the viewer to look at the vcg.mhg file that contains the info we need ie:

INTEGER = 24
INTEGER =

INTEGER = 25
INTEGER =

INTEGER = 26
INTEGER =

then work out the pin using this table (this week only)

****
1234
****
1234

= ****

then from INTEGER = 26 (hash table) work out the table sequence and thats it really.

Then get your code from the generated id and use the above to work out your pin. '

Dont know about you but its quite confusing at the moment

I have managed to dump the data streams from the RedHot and XtraView MHEG5 PIDS. The stream seems to repeat themself about every 20Kb so I am assuming that this is the whole program. When I isolate that section and view it in a HEX editor I can see references to the following files:

AIENA.txt
WAIDIS.txt
UKPENA.txt
UKPDIS.txt
UEPENA.txt
UEPDIS.txt
disc.mhg
stp.mhg
strp.mhg
fltr.mhg
efld.mhg
diag.mhg
rvl.mhg
vcg.mhg <- I think this file contains the algo update.

But I have no idea how to de/compile or dis/assemble the code so I can isolate and view these files. Does the stream need re-parsing? Because MHEG is "middle-ware" does it need a Java style virtual machine to run on? Because of licensing issues there are very few MHEG tools available.

The MHEG viewing software that comes with the Nova-T DVB-T cards is useless so I am assuming they must be using another MHEG viewing tool to extract the files or log operations. I have tried some generic memory dumping tools but with no luck.

If anyone has any bright ideas please let me know....

The Keygen wont always work, because there is a missing field! It will work with this weeks but not next

in vcg.mhg there are four numbers you need.

In this keygen it assumes that a viewer ID of xx0000 will always generate a four digit pin of the same number e.g. 3333. This is not the case, at times it uses a per-digit shift pattern - effectively meaning each digit has its own hash table.

how do i get this vcg.mhg file from my nova-t pci card please can you help i hate to aske but this one has got me stuck

scott 1980, Need to do a stackdump
