Skybox F5s keeps saying scrambled

got a skybox f5s with Ethernet lead leading to modem so it is not wireless the trouble is the last few weeks put channels on and and keeps going off every few minutes saying scrambled of for about 10 secs then comes back on but annoying when u want to watch a gd programme any one help thanks in advance

The developer has created enigma TV you run ur own server from pc/laptop the fee is £4.99 for life means you can watch F5 out and bout any issues developer is always on hand!!!!
