this is my wife's recipe for this. nice and easy in my opinion

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kilo mutton mince
1/2 tin of tomatoes (blended)
2 medium onions (diced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1tsp ginger paste
2tsp salt
1tsp chilli
1tsp cumin seeds
1tsp corriander powder
1tsp garam masala
4 cups of water
Drizzle of oil
1kg new potatoes (chopped small cubes)
2-3 green chillies (halved)

METHOD

add mince, tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger paste, salt, chilli, cumin seeds, corriander powder, garam masala, 2 cups of water and a Drizzle of oil to a big pot and bring to boil. when boiling turn down to low heat and simmer for about an hour and a half or until meat is cooked (if it dries out add more water).

at this point turn the heat back up and stir continuously until dry of all water. now add the potatoes and the green chillies (with seeds) and add 2 cups of water to cover the mixture. simmer on low heat till potatoes are cooked serve and enjoy.
