I'm all for replacing the entire squad with Wishay Juniors first team., what's to lose?

Northern Ireland's players are no better than what Scotland have so were does the problem lie ?
Simple enough to answer that one, your manager.
Scotland's build up play has got to be some of the most useless slowest and pointless I've seen for a long long time.
If you can't put a bag full past officially the lowest worse FIFA ranked team on the planet then your stuffed.

That's far too simplistic. It's a factor, yes, but the roots of the problem lie much deeper than that.
