Just bought a new VU+ duo2 box upgrading from Skybox F5S

Hi as above I have upgraded from from Skybox F5S box to VU+ DUO2 box.

As I'm a noob I have no idea how to get it working.

Could anyone help me out please? I have looked at the information on here but as I'm new I can't download anything.
