How many times has this actually happened so far Gav?

If its only a couple i would relax and try to forget about it, personally i wouldnt recommend taking medication ie anti depressants for it, for a start stuff like that goes on your medical record and can affect future employment etc.

Gav, as people have previously said, talk to your girlfriend and her parents. They will think better of you for doing so. It does seem like it's nerves man.
