D plus Spain and Pr ***** e Germany, as well as Pr ***** e star. Unfortunately it is not possibly to write both files on one Card. The providers use different coding systems.

Therefore you will find 2 files on the ULC´s. Example:

Some recent info regarding the hack and also NDS.

Looks like its still rumours and hasn't been proved yet.

Since yesterday monitors our editors increasingly rumours about the possible
hack of the NDS Videoguard and Kudelski Nagravision 3 coderingsystemen.
In practice this could mean that the package of Sky Italia (Videoguard),
the Spanish D (Nagravision3) and the German Premiere (Nagravision3) without
paying any adjustments can be made visible.

The potential of the hack Nagravision3 system
will be a major blow to the ailing
Swiss coderingsspecialist Kudelski.
This past week, made known a substantial loss in the first part of 2008 ago.
This was mainly suffered by the costs that the company had to make codes
cracked by television weather to recover. Even the loss of customers by the
long-term free channels has to look at the losses to Kudelski.
In the Netherlands using the digital television CanalDigitaal (Mediaguard)
and UPC (Nagravision2) the encryption of Kudelski
well as other products and services of the Swiss company.

The possible Nagravision3 hack is of a commercial nature.
There will soon be a "smart card ijskrabber" on the market which
brought more than 120 euros will cost. The force and any lasting
effect of this smart card is totally uncertain, hence the pet name
"ijskrabber."

Today come from Italy also becoming increasingly
stubborn rumors that have never publicly hacked
Videoguard encoding of the English NDS prey would have been cases of hackers.
It talks about using an old Nokia Dbox receiver via a particular file should
be modified. This is the zenderpakket of the Italian branch of the worldwide
Sky television. The international satellietforum Satscreen has been
through an email to its members asked to holders of Dbox recipients
to enter into the file on force to be tested.

Satellite Magazine would unnecessarily indicate that use
of modified smartcards and / or satellite receivers are free to be
able to watch television which must be paid in the Netherlands through
the Penal Code prohibited. Reason to strongly warn visitors of possible
ways to look for free use.

there has been a lot of talk about Sky Italia , i have seen the keys on so called forum and have been told they are not working but the same person says there is alot of talk about a file for a linix receiver for Sky Italia and its not cs so we will have to wait and see would be very nice for it to happen lol

Very true but cs is so big i dont think it would be long before they get it back up and running also im not sure but i have seen one Sky Italia card burn out and this was only last week and it was todo with the softcam that was being used and some one said its there new card what you have to do is turn the clock down on it you should have seen this it burnt the chip the receiver had to be opened to get it out was funny but the guy said this is what they are trying to do

I would not run out to buy a card as all this could very well end up in a patch form emu/keys like everything at the moment, nothing will happen untill the providers have all changed to Nagra3, Digitv Is not due to switch untill the middle of next year and they are the last of the nagra2 users on the list for change over to Nagra3, there is loads of time yet polsat will last untill till January 2009.

mmm i very much doubt it will end up as a patch/EMU, in fact a lot of the hacks have missed the patch and EMU, digitalb, conax on 1w, nova, digiturk etc etc.

if the hack is to emerge for Nagra 3 then it will be on a card or CAM and most likely a new generation so the makers can make a quick buck like they always do. The only way the nagra3 will make patch/emu is if the security on a CAM/card is compromised.

In todays climate hacks=money.....sadly the scences not what it used to be.

I do take you point into consideration but if this is the case then it would speal the end for Teams dedicated to patching and sofkeys and also end online fourm for this hobby other than cards and Linux based receivers.

Nagra 3 is only a slight upgrade on the last, no special hardware needed, all it was is a card change over, I have been reading up on Nagra 4 which is totaly different BGA's will be involved on commisioned receivers paired with the user's subscription Card much like the way Sky works.

But for the moment EMU/keys are very much likely once the cards like you said have made there money or the ROM's are ripped from them and converted into patch form, but none of this is new its been going on for years.

You are correct in saying that nagra3 is a card change but I dont think its just a "slight improvement" on the old revision? If it were that simple im sure a hack - whether car/cam based or emu would have hit the scene by now!! I think the new security measures implemented are having the desired effect at the moment!!!

I did think that, possibly, any hack may not be released until all the nagra 2 providers have completed the card change process but as it seems that this is going to take upto another year im sure a commercial hack would have been released already to pick up sales from those who want Cabo and D+ back!! If its not a massive challenge to hack nagra 3 why would the developers be bothered if another card revision was introduced to kill the hack - they would just adapt again and in the meantime clean up with card/cam sales??

I agree that Nagra will at some point move to a card/receiver pairing type encryption at some point and obviously this will make life a lot more difficult as we have seen with NDS.

Im not expecting anything to hit the satellite scene with regard to nagra 3 anytime soon - unless of course there is some corporate skullduggery (again ?) - I hope im proved wrong but it does seem that Kludeski have done their homework this time!!!

In my opinion satellite encryption systems have improved to the point that its virtually impossible for the hobbyist to develop a new hack - the only way seems to be groups of professionals with very specalist equipment working on a profit basis rather than the glory/infamy of the hack!! Therefore pretty much anything new will have a cost implication for the end user. This would be ok except they will always be looking to maximise profits in much the same way as Duolabs did with the conax hack - releasing a "new" cam that happens to be internally the same as the previous one with a new firmware. !!

Dont give up on the hobby.
Large commercial hacks are just an alternative, and one i'm personally not against, hobbyists 'hack the hack' anyway and dont forget 'hobbyists' develope new paths such as cardshare and open source platforms that a large majority enjoy. Commercial hackers also sell down to manufacturers that provide emu's for their equipment -just like Diablo bought the Conax hack.... over time the price falls and no doubt you'll see conax on other equipment too.
Nothing has changed, maybe things become harder in some ways but one door closes another opens. Cards, cams, emu's, cardshare, receivers with server access, cheap foriegn alternative subs, or whatever else, its all good fun.

I would never give up - I always see it as a minor victory everytime i watch a 3pm match - even if the audio isnt english!! Obviously its far nicer when its on emu but im not that fussy!!

Emu also gives more choice especially when there is more than one package hacked on one card. Its a pain when you have to keep programming your card everytime you want to watch a different package.
