Is my box faulty

On channel 50 all i get is a picture in the top right hand corner, is the box faulty ?<br />thanks in advance

yes that is right its the preview channel and will not show any movies.

sounds like your box is fine.

Hi, yes i know it will not show any movies. But it is the channel that lets you order a movie (not that i want to) view what is coming on etc. But I get none of these options only a picture top right. The box also freezes on this channel, I have to switch off and back on. Does channel 50 work without a card as it is not a ppv channel, Mine won't work with or without a card.

You are right in assuming that no card is required for 50. Try not to rush the pages or info that is downloading because believe me the boxes are extremly tempremental and often switching off and on again is the only cure. Try the text button and see what happens.

Mine does that sometimes, it seems to have cleared itself up lately though.
