ip address TM 800 HD

Hello everytime i switch my box off/on the ip address keeps changing, i have the box wired directly to router( spiderbox, computer, hi-fi, phone etc all keep the same address) any ideas on how i can get my TM to stay on the same ip address?

A. Disable DHCP and set a static IP.
B. On your router, reserve an IP address for it.

I prefer B as you can leave devices on DHCP and the router will normally assign the same IP address.
