internet security settings ?

Hi,
Since ive installed sp2 its made my security settings go mad, I managed to sort most of them out but then things started to go a bit mad again, sooo ive put the internet settings back to sp2 default, follow me so far ? lol

Question is (see attachment), how do I get rid of this awful security info window that pops up every time I change from one window to another in here (digy world), its doing my nuts in but I dont want to go back in and start fiddling with all the security settings, I would rather solve one thing at a time and the one thing just now is this

go to internet options, click the "security tab" at the top, click "custom level" then scroll down till you come to "Display mixed content" select "Enable" this should sort it m8
