Internal Eeprom Hex File

Hi guys! I was wondering if someone could please tell me how to create my own int eep hex file? I have a tit 2 card in one room so I can get the keys but I have a funcard in the other room but I dont know how to create the inteep hex file. I created the flash file no probs following the tut but I'm unsure as to how to do the inteep guys.

Open your old rst ineep file with this and manually update the keys and save. Write saved file to ineep .... job done!
