just bought a renault laguna but it only has a casette player and want to put in a cd player but want to keep my controls on my steering wheel and just putting any player in will stop these from working any1 had the same prob

i think u may be ok m8 as ai am sure it should be an iso connection ur other option is to put an autochanger in as the head unit in the laguna shoul have an input for one. The autochanger will have to be the same make as the radio. Any car hifi shop will be able to advise u m8. I put an autochanger in my car cost m8 £220 supplied and fitted. Hope this helps.
You can buy an adaptor that makes the controls work, I know Kenwood and Sony do one fore their units but as Ian says you may hve to ask.
